Smoked Sea Salt
This salt really packs a smoky punch!
If you like that smoky flavour this is for you! We recommend using it as a marinade for meats and chicken, especial when used with meats cooked on the bbq as it really intensifies that smoky flavour! We also absolutely love using it as seasoning for Baba Ganoush , actually with aubergine in general....try sprinkling it on roasted aubergine with a good drizzle of olive oil. And don't forget if your attempting any type of homemade bbq sauce this really is the only seasoning you will ever need!!!
